By accessing or using Eggcom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

Eggcom is a B2B marketplace connecting egg suppliers (poultry farmers and distributors) with buyers (hotels, restaurants, retailers, and institutions) in Kenya. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sale itself.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to supplier availability and confirmation. Payments are processed via M-Pesa or cash on delivery as selected during checkout. Eggcom charges a service commission on completed transactions.

5. Supplier Obligations

Suppliers must maintain accurate listings, ensure egg quality and freshness, and fulfill confirmed orders within the agreed timeframe.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eggcom is a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for the quality of eggs, delivery delays caused by third-party logistics, or disputes between buyers and suppliers beyond our mediation services.
